:eek: Went to munch some munchies down on Exmouth seafront (much nicer having sea breeze in your hair, looking out over the ocean) so pulled up to the kerb as I probably normally would.... Thank god my car's not any lower!

I could only just get a finger between splitter & curb, flatways too, not side on. I will be treating kerbs with more respect for sure.

Splitter aren't much but wouldn't fancy the mess the self tappers might make of the bumper. :)

It was just a normal "high kerb". You can see the double yellow lines for an idea. And, yes, I was parked on double yellows, at an angle, but it was matching the angle of the normal occupied parking spaces, and it was real early in the morning so was not harming anyone. :D
