Facelift ? the vRS is between 2001 - 2004 (it's a Octavia 1 facelift). No vRS 1996 - 2001 :rotz: :)

The Indian market RS has the 1.8T in 150bhp tune, rather than the European market 180bhp tune. I've also heard reports that some early European chassis numbers had 16" wheels on the hatchback (sedan?) version as well as on the Combi.

Yes, India version (150 bhp) (and 193 bhp in greece) but this 2 types mine is a type mine FRENCH.

In France, we have 3 types mine...

It is an esoteric question about LHD chassis numbers; given that most members are UK or Ireland based I'm not that surprised.
