Hi...

My skoda octavia II came with a TAPE RECORDER! yes... and i would like to change to nother main unit,,, now what do i need for lets say a blaupunkt new jersey mp68 any adaptors or anything.... and where can i get the adaptor plz help....

You will need a wiring kit and facia adapter, and would you believe it, you can get a kit from your skoda dealer with everything you need and its cheaper than the likes of what Autoleads sell and looks more oem.

yes... but i live on faroe islands with only one skoda dealer, who btw is a fraud and is cheating in every way to ge to more money... how about vw dealer? wouldn't that help?

You could get the wiring I guess from VW, should be the same as that used for the golf 5.

 Rather you than me. For the same money I'd much rather have an MFD2 or a second hand Kenwood DDX off ebay.

yes :) but first i need a can-bus adaptor... which is expencive :S and it would all be a whole lot easier if the only skoda dealer around wasn't a real F***UP :P... i ask him for one but he does not wanna sell one... he wants me drive the car to his workshop so he can take 7000,- kr (around 800£) for installing the new can -bus adaptor... so i'm gonna turn to the vw dealer and buy one from him or order it from the internet... does anyone know where i can find a website where i can buy that thingy?

thx :)
