yer i work 4 mercedes so got all the gear . but i spok to a man from skoda and he said the hub nuts thread go's so just seeing if any one has had any trouble with it :)

i replaced my front wheel bearings on my 04 octy vrs last year, the only two problems i had were one of the track rod end nuts was seized so i had to warm it up & fit a new nut(which skoda didnt have in stock so i had to go to a local nut & bolt shop) & i had to cut off the inner race of the hub after id pressed the bearing out as my tool wouldnt fit under the race to pull it off.be carefull when you disconnect the abs loom from the sensors in the hub,at first i couldnt see how & if they came apart but you put a little electrical screwdriver in the slot & press & the connector comes out of the sensor! other than that it was a easy job to do!:)

my front hub snapped in half pressing out the bearing in the press, needed a quick 40 mile trip on a sat afternoon to scrapyard and got one of a cupra :thumbdwn: bum
