Particularly for us newbies, In the 1st instance; have a good mooch around the website for the possible answers to any queries we might have.

We are all guilty of thinking our question/post is the 1st time it has ever cropped up or being asked about.

There is so much experience and knowledge on here that sometimes there is more to be gained by "searching" .....

Just saved myself the trouble of asking you lot a dull question about fancy diesel just by doing that.

For sure a lot of questions get asked that have been covered oodles of time in the past. I think part of the problem, is search engines tend to be very hit and miss, unless people do an advanced search. A thread title only search usually returns the best result.
