gutted spring snapped on way to work today can anyone recommend me some lowered springs cheap as i have mot due soon and holiday booked.

If your after a compromise for comfort and handling, i would say Eibach's.

But im not entirely sure you can get them for the VRS?

Eibach aren't recommended for the Vrs.

How much do you want to spend, there arn't many springs out there specific for the Vrs. Cobra do some and so do H&R but as i found out when i replaced my springs the ride was bouncy due to the stiffer springs, I had to get uprated shocks too.
