How do I remove my bumper inserts?

I read on a thread that there was a thread telling you how to remove the bumper inserts on a Fabia but I've searched for ages and can't find said thread :D

So can anyone please tell me how to remove my bumper inserts? I want to colour code them you see, I've tried prising them out with a flat headed screw driver but I'm afraid if I use too much force it will chip/scratch the paintwork :confused:

From memory they push back in towards the bumper and you have to remove the splash tray and get them out 'from behind', not entirely certain though :)
