Does anyone knows how to install seat cover on the front seats of fabia 2??

Some seat covers are side airbag compatible.

The ones I have aren't, but then my car has no airbags.

mine doesn't have side airbag.

my problem in installing the seat cover is the plastic part under the front seats.

Where I'm gona fixe the cover hook below the seat??

It may be possible to remove the plastic trim, fit the cover, then refit the trim? It's one of those jobs that you'd need to look closely at the trim for fixing screws and clips to sort out if so.

Mine came with hooks where you held the fabric, stretched it and then used the hooks to hold it rather than try and find something to hook it too.

SO did the last set of half-decent seat covers I saw. Of course, back then car manufacturers didn't feel the need to cover every piece of actually structural metal in a car interior with plastic (or put in pointless "metal" bling trim pieces).
