Seat Cover???

It may be possible to remove the plastic trim, fit the cover, then refit the trim? It's one of those jobs that you'd need to look closely at the trim for fixing screws and clips to sort out if so.

SO did the last set of half-decent seat covers I saw. Of course, back then car manufacturers didn't feel the need to cover every piece of actually structural metal in a car interior with plastic (or put in pointless "metal" bling trim pieces).
