VRS cr remap report

Featured Replies

I've my VRS since January and have done about 9K miles and really like the car but thought that a remap would make it even more fun. I was going to wait for the Bluefin but it seemed like it might be quite a wait...

Took the plunge this week and had it remapped by P-Torque. The process was very quick, Will was a great fella, and the car is awesome.

After having it done I drove about 400 miles going from Wolverhapmton to Western Scotland and have to say I was really pleased with the difference. The pick up in 6th is much better and I no longer feel the need to change down to 5th when I want to quicken pace. The acceleration in 3rd and 4th is something else and overtaking on the crap A roads in Scotland is now relatively fear free!

The mpg on the motorway run was also up on normal by about 3/4 miles - not a great deal granted, but better than nothing.

IMO you can't go wrong for £349!

If people are interested I'll post another update in about 6 weeks when I'll have probably done another 3000 miles or so
