Whats the best option for mounting the numberplate once the OE plastic surround is cut away for the FMIC?

Are there any brackets for a side mount plate? maybe retro-fit an Evo side mount surround?

How has anybody else got round this, legally?

Sticker. Perhaps not legal to the whole letter of the law but legal size, reflectiveness, spacing, etc. Fits nicely on the nearside above the foglight area.

Some nice silicon sealer straight to the bumper

I've been pulled for mine a couple of times, last time the copper just wanted to look around my Fabia:thumbup:

Never had a problem at MOT time.
