Dlink dir-635 Help!!!

Please help me as i'm useless.

I have a Dlink dir-635 router Revision B1 which i'm trying to update to the latest firmware because i keep having a problem with my Macbook.

The modem is stating it has firmware 2.20EU 2007/06/06 and i have looked on the dlink site and it saves latest firmware 2.30EAB04 17/04/2009

I have tried to update firmware automatically but it won't and also won't if i try to upload it via the firmware upgrade in the dlink setting page.

I need to get the latest firmware to see if it cures the problem i have with the Macbook.

Macbook wireless connection freezes after a couple of mins and i have to turn airport off/on to get it working again.

:( Please give me a basic step by step instructions.
