My electrics failed in February, and the dealer diagnosed water ingress throught the pollen filter. Repaired and promised no repeat.

Now I have nearly as much water as in the English Channel.

Dealer is replacing the pollen filter under warranty, but is claiming new leaks to rear and in wheel arch.

Have I purchased a car or a sieve?

Is the explanation likely or an excuse to defray additional costs?

Does the water problem ever go away?
