Morning!

When moving off from a standing start and when accelerating fom slow moving traffic in first, I get one slight clunk noise (sounds like it's coming from the back), It doesn't do it in any other gear. Also if I move off really gently it doesn't do it? What could be causing it?What should I be looking at to remedy it???

A year into owning mine it developed a clunk when pulling away hard in first (like metal on metal), also loads of wheel hop.

One of my first mods was to change the std dogbone bush (squidgy rubber one) with a Powerflex polyurethane one.

All of the above vanished, its a very easy mod to do. The only down side was increased cabin vibration for about 600 miles till it bedded in, about £20 and takes 1/2 hour max, its well worth doing:thumbup:.
