Thx simon

Well i am going to try it and i will be the first :D

Paul.

Is it only the xenon ones that came with 5L? I thought they all did

Anything with washer jets will come with the 5L and I have no idea about those without the washer jets.

From the manual, P264:

The filling level[/b'] of the container is 3 litres, 5.5 litres on vehicles which also have a headlight washing system.

HTH,

Steve

It can be done .... there was thread on here a couple of months back with full details and pix - do a search!

But I bet you don't rush to do it - loads of bits to be removed in order to get at the bottle and drop it out before installing the replacement larger one.

It's easier to get a second hand bottle and then get the part numbers for the rest of the car. You then build the new bits around the second hand bottle.

Steve

surely put a 10L jerrican in the boot and run 2m of silicone hose into the old bottle to siphon the contents as needed :)

Obviously the container in the boot needs to be up on a telephone directory for the siphoning to work.....
