Is recently stopped going down on one push, it still goes up on one!!

ive tried doing the reset thing of holding the switch up for a few seconds. Anyother tips?

Probably start working properly on its own in a while. Unless you're really bothered it's best left alone. If you are, then door switch connections easy to get at; rest no fun. Do check that the window is well lubricated - down slides with oil and WD40 tube pushed under seal with window up to cover cable etc.
