wiper problrm

Featured Replies

can any one help my mk1 octavia vrs front wipers wont turn off:confused:

the only way to make them work properly is to remove the rear wiper fues

can anyone shed any light on this for me:thumbup:

had the same problem as you and what i had to do was replace the rear wiper motor.pull the trim off the hatch and disconnect the black plug and more than likely you will find water between the pins.(i found no water in the boot so was shocked when i found the leak in the motor).you will find that if u put the fuses back in and wait for the front to play up and push the stalk for the rear wiper to come on the front will stop.

yeah had same problem, found out rear wiper motor was leaking water into multiplug which was causing fronts to go off on there own, replaced unit £25-30 and all is good now.

WoW! More weird electrical problems from the mK1 CAMP...
