The 09 stream radio size is bigger of octy II

Featured Replies

Hi folks

I have buyed a skoda stream mp3 from ebay of jan 2009.

The surprise was the size of radio that is larger of previous stream in my octy II.

Can anyone suggest me to choose the correct trim so I can fit the new radio?

Or is better to sell the radio and choose an old model?

My octavia Elegance has the climatronic, this is important for the trim choose.

Thank you for help

Kind regards

All you need to do is get the corect trim for your car.

If not i have a Stream MP3 radio that is from a 2007 model vRS if you want to buy it

You got the trim for the Nav with dual climate control. You need to exchange it for the Stream with the same.

The Nav is a standard 2DIN width with rounded corners, whereas the Stream is abit larger, about half an inch on each side, maybe.

Note how in this image the trim around the Stream is a narrow edge.

And this is what you have.
