Hi.

I replaced my old original clutch since it ended it's life with a new VR clutch and a new flywheel (228mm).

After the replacment the clucth was still slipping (3rd gear, 3000rpm, full throttle).

The problem was that the clutch was always pressed, there wasn't enough room because of the bigger flywheel.

I removed couple of mm from the flywheel but i still have the problem but only on 5th gear, 3000rpm, full throttle and with loaded car (3 people).

I went back to the place where it was replaced and he has no solution for this problem.

He never had this problem before.

Not on Ibiza or on any other vag...
