Just won a set of new wiper arms off ebay thinking they were for a Mk4 Golf to convert mine to aero`s. Just checked the auction listing again, and it says "Pair of aero wiper arms to fit Golf 2004-2007 vw part numbers:-

1k295540903c

1k295541003c" (Mk5 then-DOH!)

Does anybody know if they will fit? Just searched Google, and from what I`m reading these will fit a Mk4 Golf, so may fit mine?:confused:

Im pretty sure the aero wipers on mine, are from a MK5 golf. The conversion was done by the previous owner, so i dont know how much of a pain it was.

I do have the receipts though, so i'll have a look and confirm

Just looked and i have mk4 aero wipers. They were brought as a kit from vag parts for about £70

The MK V ones won't fit as they are too long.

Bung them back on the bay and get a set of MK IV arms.
