Hi,

Just got a warning on my dash saying left front fog bulb not working. Had a look in manual and while it lists how to change many of the bulbs, doesnt mention the fogs. Are these something I can do myself or do they require a specialist?

Also, how can I tell if I have halogen or Xenon lights?

I have a 2006 Octavia Estate 2.0 TDI

If you have a height adjuster switch next to the light switch then it's halogen.

The fog light bulbs are in the manual, it's a case of finding a source for the slightly odd bulbs then taking the fog light out.
