Well went to AMD Essex this morning, to get my milltek fitted, dropped it off at 8:45 went to lakeside for some breakfast and at 9.15 they rang me to say its all done, very friendly and great service:D

I also got my Jabbasport Anti Roll Bar fitted this week too

its just lowered on apex springs..

ermm its not noisey but u certainly hear it when flat out lol and just a whistle when driving normally
