please help, i currently drive 57 plate Octavia VRS 2.0T, im looking to change to an VRS estate facelift model, does any one know if they will be putting golf GTi/Leon FR 207PS engine in to vrs in the near future

The new Octavia facelift gets the new E888 (i think thats the right code....) engine, but only get the standard 200PS, not the 210PS the golf and leon get......

maybe an upgrade in the future but not as far as we've been told

Adding this for anyone that comes across the same issue. Noticed a slightly extended crank a day or so ago, along with a few seconds worth of poor idle and then ran as normal. Checked for codes, and none showing. Checked plugs when I got home again and all ok. Checked the lpfp count and was at or around 50% at idle. No hesitation or misfires and none detected on scanner. Rail holding pressure within parameters and both lpfp and hpfp showing requested and actual pressures where they should b

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.
