Just saying Hi,

New to here and Skoda after just collecting my Limited Edition Diesel Vrs hatch (number 18) from Claybank Skoda near Manchester.

Picked it up on a Wednesday, drove it to Scotland from Manchester on Thursday, back to Manchester on Friday before hitching up the caravan and heading to the Lake District.... poor car.

Sadly I have to say I have already had to call for breakdown assistance as I pulled my caravan (sorry) for a weekend away.

It popped a tube off the bottom of the expansion bottle spilling its coolant all over the road. Luckilly we were going slow so spotted it and turned off the engine within seconds of seeing steam.

When the technician arrived, it was clear that the clip to the tube hadn't been put over the spout from the expansion bottle. it was on the tube but too far from the end to be effective.

Anyway, were got going again and the car is fantastic. Loving it.
