Which Performance Panel Filter For PD VRS TDI

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Looking to buy a performance panel filter for my 56 Octvaia PD VRS TDI.

Anyone got any suggestions/experience on which one to go for (K&N, Pipercross etc)

All seem to be similar sort of price so would be interested in your comments.

Secondly, if anyone has happened to upgrade to a full induction kit and have a spare performance panel filter lying around I may be interested in buying it off you.

For Panel Filters it's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other really.

K&N or Pipercross are just as good as each other.

Bahnstormer is your man to ask as i think he had a K&N one in his.

Either. I prefer Green or Pipercross myself, as I find the K&Ns a bit oily for VAG MAF sensors. See your Wanted ad :)

Hi Andy,

pipercross replacement panel filter part number is PP1621. It's washable. It helped with my PD170.
