Can anybody provide me with a postal address for Skoda UK customer services please.

I have tried emailing & phoning them, but I think a letter might have more effect.

I am trying to get them to find the service documents & anything else for my car. The paperwork was, apparently, returned to VW in Milton Keynes when the car was taken off fleet by the previous keeper.

In their email & phone replies, all I got was "we cannot trace the items. Try contacting the dealer local to the previous owner". I did that, but they have no records of the vehicle on their books.

As much as anything, I am trying to find out whether the warranty is valid, & also what service history is on the car. I know I could order a replacement owner's book through my local dealer, but that will not confirm the details I need. Can the dealer trace the car from the VIN ?

The Sheffield address is similar to one I tried writing to. It was returned marked "addressee gone away". But it wasn't this exact address, so it has got to be worth trying.

I will also post to c/o VW at Milton Keynes & see what happens.
