There is video with sound.

You can hear when accelerating there is strange noise. Only whan accelerating in 5fth gear. If i push up gas there is no sound. What you suggest?

Loose 5th gear nut, do not use 5th until you get it sorted, otherwise you will ruin the main shaft in the gear box.

No that's the nut for the end of the driveshaft (in the centre of the wheels at the front either side).

You will be able to get one from a Skoda dealer, you may as well get two as there is another identical one under the gear box end casing. It may also pay to thread lock the new ones on as well.
