Temperature Gauge

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Think this may be a common problem but have tried looking through some old threads with not much luck....

The temperature sensor gauge on my driver display (Next to the fuel one) constantly stays on minimum when the car is running...help!

It will most probably be the water temp sensor. IIRC it is about £25 from the stealer or you can find it cheaper off ebay.

Word of warning If you look on Ebay, make sure you purchase an original sensor & not a aftermarket version like I did.

As for the running of the car, It may throw a couple of faults on the ECU without the light coming on the dash, which may cause It to run slightly off.
