Does anyone on here know what suspension geometry settings are recommended for a Fabia VRS?

I've searched the forums but not found a definitive thread

The printout from my last geo states:

Front Caster: min 3d58m, max 4d58m

Front Camber: min -0d58m, max 0d02m

Front Toe: min 0d00m, max 0d10m

Rear Camber: min -1d43m, max -1d23m

Rear Toe: min 0d11m, max 0d31m

Thrust Angle is down as 0d20m, but mine was out-of-spec and left unchanged so I presume that's not adjustable, and neither are the secondary angles that are also listed...
