skoda superb warranty

Featured Replies

Having read a couple of posts regarding certain warranties, does anyone on here know which is the best warranty to purchase when the main dealer one runs out.

The reason i am asking having read a thread on 2.0 tdi engine dying through lack of oil caused by mechanical failure, i have started to reralize that maybe an extended warranty after the 3 yr one that runs out in january, might be a good purchase!

Also would the car be covered for most items or do they place restrictions?

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated...cheers:thumbup:

I bought the Skoda extended warranty and have had 3 visits to dealer for repairs.

1. reversing sensor packed up.

2. Oil pump drive rounded.

3. Emmisions sensor faulty.

All repaired without question by dealer, so i would recommend this warranty

what did the dealer charge for an extended warranty?

I had Dealer warranty also Nov last year and it cost me £360 which included Skoda Assist with RAC. I intend to renew again this year if price is still ok.

I will be getting an extended warranty in November and have been quoted £395 from my dealer.
