I've searched the forums for an answer to whether the Audi S3 mirrors will fit the Octavia, but could not find an answer.

Does any body know if you can fit the alloy shells straight onto the Octavia arm, or does it require some modifications?

Someone has previously said that James' (now exploded) Octavia has this mod.

James if you are out there can you please post how it was done.
