So, just how difficult would it be to fit something like this?

Where would one go with a car and these items and get it all professionally fitted?

These guys are selling the covers every week and the final auction price doesn't tend to rise much above the start price.

I wonder if anybody has actually managed to fit one of these. I know a coachtrimmer and showed him one of these. His comment was unrepeatable!

Still, it may be very good quality but I would hazard a guess that it wouldn't fit particularly well........

Just my opinion of course and for silly money it may be worth a punt!

They say they're not add over seat covers, but rather the OEM leather that goes on the seat foam. Is that true? I also don't see much of the door cards, and I've seen better pictures taken in breaker's yards.

There is a guy on the fabia forum who is in the process of fitting a set to their Fabia. The covers replace the fabric already on your seats, so its a seats out and disasemble job rather like seat surgeons. These covers do not fit over the current fabric.

Exactly what I wanted, but now I only need to find out if they supply LHD and how well they fit. Can you point me to the Fabia thread, please?

Got in touch with the seller and asked whether they make it for the MK2 VRS. Had reply stating that this could be done at price of £475+vat

Seat Surgeons will do a Mk2 Octy vRS for around £750 - that price is "fitted".

So £475+vat, almost £550inc.

You'd then need to find someone willing to do the fitting for less than £200.

Please don't shoot the messenger;) It's only for info, but i do agree with your comment:thumbup:

The octy kit looks interesting, but as the Fabia owner (link above) found out fitting it is actually quiet difficult. I would like leather in mine, but the fitting looks a right pain in the neck.
