I have just bought a skoda octavia hatch on a 54 plate and need a towbar for towing a trailer.

Can anybody recommend a good quality reasonably priced towbar.

Are you fitting yourself of going to an installer?

I will have to weigh up the costs!!!

At best I will see if my mate will fit it. He's an AA man!!! and chuck him a few quid, but if I can get a good price, I would get somebody to do the job lot.

I paid just under £150, with twin electrics fitted.

As per another recent thread, Monday last I paid £340 for a Westfalia towbar with a detachable hitch and single ,relay driven, electrics.

A neat & invisible installation.
