Brentacre Insurance Brokers - Fantastic!

Featured Replies

All,

Just want to highly recommend Brentacre for their excellent service once again.

When I declared all my modifications on the Fabia, they wanted an extra £160. That was for a remap, air filter, exhaust, suspension, alloy wheels and upgraded stereo :)They basically gave me a limit of up to 180bhp and didn't really care what I did to get that power gain.

On the .:R I declared the air filter, remap and exhaust, and they wanted ...... £46

Even better, I told them I wanted to change the suspension and alloy wheels. They said it wouldn't increase the premium but to just let them know

Its not just the customer service that is fantastic. I had to make a claim last November and it was dealt with very quickly too

For anyone looking to renew their insurance, give these guys a try. You'll not be disappointed.

^ Second that.

They told me that all visual mods are free inc suspension.

i liked that.

Not sure if I;m going to bother with a remap or not.

Really friendly service with some decently nice people.

Another recommendaion here.

They are car enthusiasts themselves and actually understand what most of the common modifications are.

And for anyone that has ever tried to explain to someone in an Indian call centre that a rear anti-roll bar is NOT the same as a roll cage, I'm sure you'll understand how important that is!!

Another very satisfied Brentacre user here, and have been since the Octy.

Very, very, almost painfully helpful with the mods on the Passat, and i'm still with them even though i'm back on pedestrian motoring, because everyone else loaded the premiums when i declared my accident. They didn't.

I've just contacted Brentacre for a quote. Very friendly and helpful service from the call taker, nothing was too much trouble for him and came back with a reasonable quote. The best so far with all I require such as business use, remap with maximum BHP 220 and protected no claims, and courtesy car should it be required.

I'll be choosing them if Adrian Flux and Chris Knott cant beat their quote.

Chris Knott beat them by nearly £200 when I got quotes off both of them this week

Thanks for that, I'll call them now.

Adrian Flux over nearly £100 more without remap on the renewal notice!

Another satisfied customer here. As somebody who wants a modified policy, but has a driving conviction, there are a limited number of people who will even consider me, let alone be helpful about it. These guys are great. They weren't even the cheapest but I went with them anyway, because they offered the most comprehensive cover and are the best to deal with. They were only £40 more than HIC and when you're paying £600 anyway, and getting so many extra policy benefits and their service, I think that's worthwhile.

Thoroughly recommended.

Another satisfied customer-in-waiting here. Adrian Flux didn't even respond to my quote...

Hi,

Please do remember that I'm on here to help so if you do not hear from us please do contact me so I can chase it up for you.

If you would like to PM me your Name and Postcode I can trace the details and arrange a callback for you?

Dan.

No it's fine - you did your best last year, and unfortunately weren't able to help that time so I kind of assumed you hadn't been able to find anyon that would give me the cover I need. Your esteemed counterparts at CK couldn't, that much I do know. I think I just have to resign myself to the fact that my face doesn't fit... :rotz:
