You couldn't have a quick look at your windscreen & let me know if it has the sun-strip running across the top could you?

I've just had mine replaced & I swear my original one had this, the new one I've had fitted just has a black banding around the edge & around the rain sensor around the mirror.

Mine just has black dots around - no blue or green band.

The Sun band is only on the heat reflecting windscreen, which is an expensive option (Euro 1000 in the Netherlands). For my standard window it is just the black dots, mainly around the sensor area.
