Hi guys

Just wondering if anyone could give me an idiots guide to changing a the front lambda sensor?

Mines gone and got a new one arriving on wednesday any help would be awesome.

Right done a bit more reading and seems like you need a special socket to remove them 22mm one. The socket has a cut out like this one

22MM 3/8" SQ DRIVE LAMBDA SENSOR SOCKET on eBay (end time 27-Sep-09 21:25:17 BST)

But if old ones knackered is there anything stopping me just cutting the wires and using a normal socket to do the undoing and do back up with open ended spanner??
