I currently have a STream MP3 fitted to my 07 Octy. I went to a local ICE dealer and had a connect2ipod kit fitted, but have been underwhelmed by its performance and useability. I am looking at shark_90's group buy deal on a Dension 100, but before I drop more cash and do more DIY I was wondering how much Bolero HUs (as fitted to facelift Octys) go for. Would they be compatible with my pre-FL Octy? And how much does the MDI cable go for.

The MFD3 is attractive, but I do not really need the GPS functionality - just the easy iPhone integration.

I've not seen a Bolero unit sell yet and I suspect they won't be that cheap.. and the MDI will cost you more than the Dension unit by a fair amount although I don't have parts prices off the top of my head.
