hi there guys, i hope you lot don't bite,

im new to the skoda brand but i've heard good things about the VRs' and i've been looking at both the Fabia and Octavia VRS's for a solid week.

im looking to buy a diesel model as im going to be using the car for commuting (50miles on the motorway) but i also want the umph when i need it, hense the VRS bit, lol.

what do you guys recommend? what are the features and benefits of each car? pro's & cons?

Welcome to the site hope you do decide to go for a VRS.

Not knowing Octavia VRS diesel (as they also do petrol) compared to my Fabia VRS dieseI, I would say the Octavia VRS diesel would have the better edge all round, but don't quote me on that.
