Winter coat

Featured Replies

Not sure about other areas but in manchester it's already feeling like winter is here.

I'm hoping at the end of the month to do a winter run-down and make sure everything is in line for the coming cold months. One thing I know wont last is my wax coat. I've used Meg's NXT 2.0 which don't get me wrong is great but doesn't last that long.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good hard wearing wax that can protect over the winter?

Elite car care free delivery on UK orders.

They have most stuff. Including Collinite 476S

since when did Elite car care do free delivery? Last time I got summat from them it cost a few quid postage.

Edit:

Just seen - it's on orders over £60 :( Don't think I need that much polish.

could also apply a sealant and then wax afterwards for even greater protection too i guess :)

Really, hmmm, what sealant would be best recommended?

i have used poorboys before.... but that was on its own on blk magic..

but i believe an highly recommended one now is FK1000p

like here: Finish Kare 1000P Hi-Temp Sealant

also good on alloys apparently ;)

AG EGP sealant is brilliant for durability.

I've just prepped for the winter with Autoglym SRP, Autoglym EGP and Collinite 915.
