My gearbox is leaking oil and i need to remove the speedo drive to check the level. i have followed the haynes guide and read the post on here and still can't get it out.

Does anyone know what size thread the speedo drive is so i can make a side hammer?

iirc it's and m18 x 1.25 which is a fine pitch but i wil double check for you later on
