I have a big problem on my 09 Fabia sport.

I have the regular gauges (not MAXI DOT), everything is working apart from the trip computer in the center of the cluster. I can't see how much petrol I have left or anything else! The green backlight is working but that is all. this happened suddenly when I was dusting the gauges with a dry cloth.

Any ideas?

Static electricity? It will probably start working again if you give it some time..

All the writing and lines are gone, i have a blank screen. Only thing that works is the back light.

That makes a lot of sense as I got some static myself while dusting.

i'm facing the same problem here with my fabia. i wiped it with swiffer and than blank.
