1. How do you describe your rear anti roll bar to your insurer without them misinterpreting it as a roll cage?

2. I was refused insurance earlier because I participate in track days - is this just an Admiral Group policy? I was of the understanding that the car insurance doesn't cover you on a track day or club meet, but covers you at all normal road use times? :(

Use a specialist that knows one end of a car from the other, I'm with HIC and they cover track days as standard - not that I use track day cover anyway.

I've just been on the phone to them, they're very good and know their roll cages from their anti roll bars

Also try Adrian flux they were very helpful too I spoke to Paul. They were the cheapest for me.
