Hi, I have fitted a RNS510 into my Octavia II which is all working fine so far. But i would like to know if anyone here had got the parking sensors to show up on the screen ? (the wife is having trouble parking car)

My car is:

Octavia II 2007 VRS Estate

Front and rear sensors

Rns510 1Z0 035 680 A

1004 firmware

The Rns510 has not been coded via vagcom.

I've read bits and pieces about buying a new PDC unit?

You need the newer PDC unit, and possibly the newer can gateway depending on what version is currently fitted.

Hi mannyo, I keep hearing about "can gateway" is this some form of wiring loom ?
