Just a quick one to praise the above dealer for their efforts today.

I can honestly say that I have never received such a high standard of customer service from any dealer and that if you are even remotely local to the Brighton area, you consider using them for servicing and repairs.

I was offered a courtesy car without asking, was phoned with progress reports and the car was valeted before it was returned. Incidentally this was warranty work and as such, is not as well paid as the "normal" servicing yet they didn't distinguish.

Rivervale are not a Skoda dealership, rather they are an authorised service centre and their primary brands are Mercedes, Mazda and Smart
