...that you spend all day with a camera in your hand photographing daft animals at a zoo (not good enough or interesting enough for me to show here) and then pack the stuff into the boot of the car, only for at that moment the Vulcan Bomber to appear overhead in a low tree-tops fly past - just taken off from Brize Norton. Damn and blast, was the best thing I saw all day! Grrrrrrrrr.

Like the time I managed to catch some chub jumping out of the water to avoid being caught by a grebe, only to discover later that the CCD on my camera was well and truly knackered, as per:
