I was looking at the special offers for the Weitec Hicon GT Coilovers and am very interested in purchasing some. Just out of curiousity what is the sort of price I should be paying for getting these fitted. I am based in london but i am willing to travel (within reason!) I am driving an MK1 Octavia 1.9tdi. Any help would be appreciated.

everyone seems to be selling them for £390 inc vat, i bought mine from DPM a site sponsor!

Type 'weitec' into the search bar and you will find the info you need!

You're looking at probably 3 hours or so to fit them I would've thought, so somewhere between £100 and £200 for the fitting

i think a few of the tuners are doing fitting offers if you buy from them like amd in essex, but as chicken eyebrow said, it will be between £100-£200 including 4 wheel alignment.......or you could diy it like i just did and some of the other guys have done, depends on your experience but its not too bad a job!

Any local garage would be able to do this, it is not rocket science. Can't be, as I would not have done the job myself:thumbup:.

you are looking at 2 to 3 hours work as stated. Garages will have ramps and all sorts of other tools to be able to do the job nicely.

Try out your local VAG Garage for a laugh, you may be surprised in the charges.
