how do i know if my fly wheel is away??everytime i floor it theres a weird kind of grinding noise which sounds like from the drivers side..any ideas??:confused:

Now that u mention that.everytime i come off the throttle sharply there is quite a loud banging noise from the car.are they easy and cheap enough to fix???

I've never bought one for VRS so I don't know the cost, someone else here will though.

Check them all for missing, broken bolts, split rubber etc. The gearbox dogbone is the most common one to break or go soft and is under the car, there are uprated ones to change over to.
