Heater flap motor repair - is there a "How To"?

I need to replace a couple of faulty heater flap motors on a Fabia 1. Looking for some sort of guide, "How To". I've done a search of this site and on the Internet in general, but not found anything useful so far...Anyone done this job or have the URL of a relevant site?
