Cluster failing.

So I established my handbrake LED has burnt out after test the switch and checking the wiring.... Another concern is I have a sensor on my screenwash bottom, well there are wires coming out of that fecker anyways but yet my bottom is now as empty as they come and no little orange light to tell me my screen wash has gone out, I got a low fuel warning bong the other day but the amber light seems to have burned out as well.

The only bulbs that seem to be working are the glow plug light, main beam and full beam lights and indicator, abs and airbag.

So I'm probably missing a load of warning indicators, the brake warning light is important incase of low fluid etc and the others are just nice!

Why have they all gone and why do they all seem not to be replaceable.

I'm going to replace the cluster.

I have VAGTACHO + Cable and VAGCOM + Cable, how do I recode etc.
