Airbag warning

Dear Team,

There is a short circuit of indicator and parking wires in my Octavia.

Today I inspected the electrical wiring starting from FUSE box and found the parking and turn indicator wires are short and suspect the wiring below the dashboard could have been shorted. So far no harm in driving.

But unknowingly my local electrician unplugged the Odometer/Display board wire from back side and after that airbag warning comes and I do not know how to disable the same. Also I do not have VAG COM. Should I've to take to service station to clear the error codes/warnings?

Please advice. Also if any of you have wiring diagram for skoda octavia that will be of great help in resolving the short-circuit within the dashboard.
