Just want a few opinions, my mate has some sprayed lights on his car and i think they look naff and tacky but he likes them, i personally think the standard ones make them look so fresh and clean.

Whats your opinions??

Also the reflector needs to be red, and currently its not so will most likely also fail an MOT test.

I also vote Normal, smoked lights are very 90s and are now out of fashion.

Normal here as well. The red band doesn't help the smoked look much either.

Personally, I think just the facelift lights look fine on thier own.

The dark lights look awful. Really bad, and if they're anything like the ones on a Saxo I was following the other day, they're dangerous too, for the reasons stated above. Lights are meant to be seen, not dark. Mind you, on this Saxo half of them didn't work either...

I think your mate is asking for a rear-end shunt, possibly is making his car insurance null and void, illegally using non-regulated rear lights, to mention just a few problems he IS going to encounter ---- SOON???

i take it he sprayed an older set of lights, they dont look the same as standard?

not a fan of the tinted rear lights myself, the standard ones look perfect for the car.

Is it me or are the tinted ones pre facelift?. I prefer the lights standard, the whole car doesn't take very well to chavin up they just look wrong.

Blarg ... normal lights all the way - smoked lights look rather chavtastic. :( There's a reason Skoda only makes smokey side indicators for the Fabia, and not a whole light set.

Stick with the originals, But fire in a set of silvered indicator bulbs!

Normal ones for me aswell, I have partly tinted ones on my car but there no where near as dark as them !
